TIPS

  1. The items marked with an asterisk (*) in the list above are absolutely necessary for a safe expedition in the mountains. The items without the asterisk are necessary but greatly increase your comfort on the mountain. If you can access them, we highly recommend  you bring them in the  porters bag
  2. Pick brightly colored clothes for the trip. The high visibility comes in handy not only in bad weather and in case you stray from the path, but also for good photos.
  3. Listen to the directives of the guide, and ask questions as they arise. The biggest asset that you can get from guides is knowledge.
  4. Be aware of the changes in your body. In case you have extreme symptoms of altitude sickness, let the guide know. And remember, there is no shame in turning back!
  5. It’s best to bring a notebook. Journal your experiences, thoughts and re-evaluate your plans.
  6. We’ll be taking 45 mins treks coupled with 15 mins break To snack, rest  & Hydrate.
